Sun Damage

When the sun gives off ultraviolet (UV) light, your skin protects itself from damage by increasing its production of melanin. This increase in melanin production can cause irregular pigmentation of the skin and can result in accelerated aging. Over time, repeated sun exposure can put you at risk for wrinkles, age spots, and scaly patches called actinic keratosis. Chronic sun exposure can also cause a condition known as Melasma, characterized by dark, discolored patches on the skin.

Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Therapy

The IPL treatment uses a handheld device to apply high-intensity light to target the red, brown, and sunspots, while also treating other skin conditions such as fine lines, scars, acne, spider veins, or birthmarks. IPL can undo visible skin damage caused by the sun, improving the color and skin tone of treated areas.

Erbium Laser Treatment

The Erbium Laser is a high-intensity laser which removes a layer of skin from the face, eliminating fine line and wrinkles, scars, sun damage, and hyperpigmentation. The Erbium laser treatment rejuvenates the collagen of the skin, for healthy and vibrant skin.

Vitamin C. Facial

Helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while unveiling bright, smooth, and more youthful-looking skin. The Vitamin C. Facial includes a gentle cleanser to remove any impurities from the skin, steaming to open and soften pores, followed by an exfoliation to remove dead skin cells. A detoxifying mask is lathered onto the skin with a relaxing facial massage, toner, and skin moisturizer. A Vitamin C Serum is then applied to the skin that helps reduce irregular pigmentation, fights sun damage, detoxes, and brightens your complexion.

STEP 1

We ask you to describe in detail any medical problems, medications you take, and any previous surgeries. This allows us to understand any special needs you may have.

STEP 2

We send anyone with questionable or known medical problems to see their primary care physician or any necessary specialists prior to recommending surgery.

STEP 3

Since all of our surgical patients have been deemed to be good candidates, it has proven to be quite safe for you to recover at home with contact from our providers.

STEP 4

We uphold the strictest hiring and educational criteria in our nursing staff to make certain you are well cared for by qualified staff before, and after your procedures.

STEP 5

We have the most modern monitoring and life-saving equipment on site. We maintain a binding transfer agreement with the Cleveland Clinic, should there be a need for hospital care following a procedure.

STEP 6

We provide detailed pre and post-operative teaching with written instructions to you, so you know what to expect before and after your procedure. We have 24-hour physician coverage.
